onKatie is a phenomenal physical therapist. She helped my teenage daughter recover from a hamstring pull with a program she developed herself and she was super nice to work with!

onWent in with a tweaked lower back. Did a 60 min rehab session with Katie. She showed me a rehabilitation exercises to strengthen the area around where I was have discomfort, along with some stretches that help target the specific area. It has been 4-5 months now with no lower back discomfort.

onHuge thanks to Dr. Serrano for getting me in right away after I injured my shoulder while gardening! She was incredibly thorough in assessing my injury, taking the time to understand my limitations and guiding me through targeted therapeutic and restorative exercises. onKatie is a great PT. We did 8 sessions hybrid for my complicated back issues. I have consistently had back spasm, knots and tightness in general. I have gone to multiple PTs and chiropractors and remain somewhat in constant pain. Katie was able to create a plan to not only loosen my muscles through strength and mobility work outs, but also played to my current physical strengths. Most past therapists I went to sold me on a plan but then executed very slowly to continue to upsell me. Katie got to the point, built my mobility and strength and gave me a path forward to be able to lift weights and play basketball again. We did 6 sessions over zoom and 2 in person. If my back flares up again I will definitely go back to Katie.

onKatie is an excellent PT and has helped me with multiple injuries (shoulder labrum tear and groin strain). I’m an active person, and previous PT’s I had worked with hadn't focused on getting me back to the activity level I wanted. Katie helped me get back to the high-demand sports I enjoy (basketball and CrossFit). I’ve worked with her primarily in a remote format, guiding me over zoom calls and using app-based programming to continuously update plans based on my progress and re-integration to activities. She’s been very flexible throughout and is a great communicator, once jumping on a last minute call on a Sunday when I’d badly aggravated one of my injuries. I highly recommend her to anyone, particularly those who are trying to get back to a high level of physical activity.
