onDr. Katie is the absolute best! She helped me come back from a stress fracture and get back to running. I'm still working with her to get stronger and prevent further injuries. 10/10, highly recommend

onI’ve been seeing Dr. Katie for about six months now, and I’m really grateful I found her. I originally went in for knee pain from marathon training, but during my evaluation she figured out the issue was actually coming from my hip, which no one had picked up before. I’m active duty military and technically have access to physical therapy through Tricare, but I’ve chosen to keep seeing her and pay out of pocket because the level of care is just different. She has a great way of getting to the root of the problem and building a plan that lets you keep doing what you love instead of just telling you to stop. She’s also been incredibly flexible with my schedule and really takes my personal goals into account with everything we do. I’ve even sent my husband to her for his own running injury because I trust her that much. I’d recommend Dr. Katie to anyone dealing with an injury or even just trying to improve their form, get stronger, and stay injury free.

onKatie is top level and incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to recovery. I tore my left shoulder labrum and initially went through an insurance-based physical therapy program, but progress was slow and I wasn’t seeing real improvement. Once I switched over to MVMT, I started noticing results within just a few sessions. Katie took the time to understand my injury, pushed me when I needed it, and gave me at-home exercises that were clear and easy to follow throughout the week. Because of her, I was able to get back to normal and regain my strength. I highly recommend her if you’re serious about properly treating an injury and getting back to full performance.

onI came to Katie after a snowboarding accident that pulled my LCL and partially tore my meniscus- she was very attentive and patient with finding out what mobility was still possible & what we still needed to work on. Compared to other physical therapist I’ve been to she actually works on the issue and doesn’t just give you a list of stretches. Her approach in my opinion is the best I’ve experienced when it comes to physical therapy. I highly recommend Dr. Katie!

onI was referred to Dr. Kate about a year and a half agoago for a lower back injury I sustained just before a race. Dr Kate quickly identified the issue, built a custom plan for me, and in a few short visits had me healed up enough so I could compete. Since then, I’ve seen her for a few other injuries, including ankle and hamstring issues. Each time, she has diagnosed the issue and put together an athlete-forward plan that actually helps my body recover. The thing Dr Kate excels most in is understanding and working with athletes to help their bodies quickly recover and heal so they can perform again. I would recommend MVMT to the most skeptical of athletes looking to boost their performance and recover quickly!

onDr. Katie is fantastic. Super responsive, genuinely wants you to get better, and actually pays attention to you as an individual and your goals rather than running some cookie-cutter program chasing 4 patients at once (which happened at my last PT)! I really appreciated that she stayed focused on my biggest issue, but didn’t get tunnel vision: she looked at my whole body and was happy to work on other areas so I could perform at a high level overall. She always made me feel listened to and the sessions never felt rushed, which can be hard to come by at most PT's. She’s also just fun to be around! Optimistic and realistic. Positive energy, good vibes, which made rehab way more tolerable. The app she uses is awesome too - super easy to stay on top of the homework between sessions. If you want a PT who actually gives a heck and knows what they’re doing, go see Dr. Katie!
